Program/Health:

• AMDA participated in Health Insurance Renewal of 144 refugee family of Sanischare who are included in support of UNHCR. The bill and renewal form of all the family with added members form were filled and filed documents provided to Health insurance Board, Biratnagar, Morang.
• AMDA participated in virtual meeting of Health Survey and AMDA Q3 PMC reporting organized by UNHCR in which discussion on shared data as per indicator, justification of it and updates was done. Also segregated data on GBV and mental health was shared with UNHCR.
• Monitor CBOs activities: BRWF of Beldangi were involved in online renewal of refugee who are in self payment category and additional members through enrollment assistant of Damak ward whereas BRWF of Sansichare were involved in renewal of refugee who are in self payment through enrollment assistant of Pathri- Sanischare ward. In coordination of SMC and CBOs of Beldangi and Sansichare, data for Health Insurance Renewal of vulnerable family, SMC Committeand staffs of diaspora(GBO) were collected to include in diaspora support.
• Health insurance renewal final data:

 Beldangi: M-926, F-890 Total-1816 Amount: 1,848,700.00
Sanischare: M-286, F-257 Total-543    Amount: 5,36,900.00
 
Service of HIB will start from 1st Falgun 2080 to 30th Magh 2081 as per Nepali Calander.
 

• HIB introduce co-payment system for the insure patients for HIB referral system, AMDA shared all the related documents with UNHCR i.e. Bhutanese refugee also have to pay 10% of the medical services charge to services providing Health instituations effective from 1st Magh 2080.
• AMDA shared draft agreement between AMDA & CBO’s/SMC_2024 with UNHCR for UNHCR inputs.

• BRWF Beldangi and Sansichare supported in Health Insurance Renewal of Sanischare refugee family.
