Mr. Satyadhar Subedi





Instructor & Program Coordinator Basic Science (Physiotherapy ,Lab Technician and General Medicine 1st Year )

Mr. Satyadhar Subedi currently serves as the Program Coordinator of Basic Science at AMDA Institute of Health Science, Damak, overseeing the first-year programs of Physiotherapy, General Medicine, and Lab Technician. He is dedicated to designing well-structured academic routines that effectively integrate theoretical learning with practical application.

In his role, Mr. Subedi works in close coordination with faculty members to ensure timely and efficient class delivery while managing academic schedules and addressing logistical challenges. Beyond academics, he actively contributes to maintaining discipline within the institute, promoting a professional and accountable environment for both students and staff.

Mrs.Reshma Chhetri

Nursing Officer & Program Coordinator (General Medicine, 2nd Year)

 

Mrs. Reshma Chhetri is a dedicated and experienced Nursing Officer (Instructor) currently serving at AMDA Institute of Health Sciences, Damak. With a professional background in nursing education, she plays a pivotal role in both academic and clinical domains. She is entrusted with the responsibilities of managing class schedules, coordinating clinical postings, and developing comprehensive master and rotation plans.

At present, Mrs. Chhetri serves as the Program Coordinator for the General Medicine 2nd Year program. Mr. Ajay Kumar Shah

Instructor & Program Coordinator CMLT 2nd year

Mr. Ajay Kumar Shah is currently serving as the Coordinator of the CMLT 3rd Year Program at the AMDA Institute of Health Science (AIHS), Damak, Jhapa. A dedicated and passionate educator, he brings over 10 years of teaching experience in various reputed institutions affiliated with the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT).

Mr. Shah holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT). His strong academic foundation is complemented by expertise in curriculum development, effective classroom management, and the integration of modern teaching methodologies and technologies.

Throughout his academic career at AIHS, he has successfully taught CMLT 2nd and 3rd year as well as General Medicine (GM) 3rd year students. He is known for employing adaptive instructional strategies tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of students. His teaching approach incorporates both formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and enhance learning outcomes.

In his current role, Mr. Shah is also actively involved in guiding students during their On-the-Job Training (OJT) placements, ensuring close monitoring of their performance and facilitating the application of theoretical knowledge in practical settings.

Ms. Nirmala Sapkota is a devoted and dynamic nursing instructor currently serving as the Coordinator of the PCL Nursing 2nd Year program at the AMDA Institute of Health Science (AIHS), Damak, Nepal. Renowned for her leadership, dedication, and unwavering passion for nursing education, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the academic and professional journey of aspiring nurses.

In her role as coordinator, Ms. Sapkota is responsible for a broad range of academic, administrative, and student-centered responsibilities.
