Program/Health:
- Psychosocial Counselor provide psychosocial support to refugee population every Monday and Tuesday in Beldangi settlements whereas Thursday in Sansichare settlements per week. The total of 2 individuals from Beldangi and 2 from Sansichare received counselling in this week.
- Preparation of workplan for the month of April and monthly report of March with feedback compilation and send to respective authority.
- Monitor CBOs activities: AMDA observed all the activities of CBOs as per planned budget of 2024 such as Quarterly GBV Coordination Meeting, Street Drama on Substance Abuse, Orinetation of Physiotherapy of children with disability, Visit by Pathri-Sansichare Municipality representative on hut visit of Disability person who were listed under wheel-chair and crutches user.
- AMDA along with participants from respective authorities such as Water and Sanitation, Damak and Pathri-Sansichare Municipality, Ward Secretary, Forestery Unit, IRD, APF, Electricity Unit, LWF etc participated in Coordination meeting with Stakeholders as per invitation by District Administration Office on 4th April at Kamakshya Hotel, Damak.
- BRWF of Sansichare organized Bi-monthly Social Sharing meeting and Quarterly GBV co-ordination meeting on 2nd April with participation of SMC representative, CBOs, APF, AMDA, LWF. The discussion on update data of GBV cases, challenges and referral mechanism was done.
- BRWF of Beldangi are at follow up of chronic illness patient after the screening program for updates on their documents.
- BRCF of Sanischare organized street drama on substance abuse on 4th April at three different spots to cover all the sectors of Sansichare.
- BRCF of Beldangi organized awareness on menstrual hygiene on 7th April with participation of 60 children from 8-14 years of age group. Also around 90 children were supported with games item and stationaries by individual sponsorships(one time support).
- BRAD organized Orientation on physiotherapy on 5th April in coordination with Damak Disable Committee and Hospital and Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Children(HRDC), Itahari. The follow up of the orientation will be done again in the month of August by HRDC facilitator.
- BRAD also organized meeting with Tarabari Adarsa School of Ward-4(Damak Municipality) Principal and representative at BRAD Office, Beldangi. The discussion was on sending of the children with intellectual disability to school. The parents were also involved in discussion to clear their doubts on school activities and safety concern. The only limitation was on transportation of children(Up and down) from Beldangi to Tarabari, Damak-4 as family were unable to do it regularly due to the distance.
