Program/Health:
- AMDA with UNHCR discussed on the budget for election of BRWF and BRCF. Since the budget allocation in some program activities of AMDA will have no expenditure, so the available budget could be utilized for CBOs election.
- Monitored CBOs activities- BRCF filled out the Best Interest Assessment (BIA) form for vulnerable children in Sanischare, maintain data of the education indicators (9 refugee students from Sanischare passed out this year SEE and are studying Red Star and Everest School through Diaspora support, SMC of Sanischare started the cleaning campaign every Saturday in each sector with joint effort of every individuals in community.
- AMDA visited Province -1 Health Insurance Board at Biratnagar on 14th September, 2023 for the discussion of Health Insurance Referral Mechanism (Damak and Pathri-Sanischare) and the report of it was shared to UNHCR.
- New staff recruitment was completed and selection of Dawa Tshiring Tamang from only one applicant for the post of Admin in Settlement Management Committee at Sanischare and will be joining to job by 18th of September, 2023.
- BRWF and BRCF organized meeting on 13th of September in regards of different activities to be done prior to day of election. The selection of election commission, their meeting schedule, declaration of election date and notice to community.
- BRWF organized orientation to new elected Settlement Management Committee members on 15th of September, 2023.
