Program/Health:
- Preparation of monthly report and feedback compilation for the month of November, 2023 and workplan for the month of December with submission for review and inputs.
- AMDA participated in meeting with Health Insurance Board, Provincial Office, Biratnagar on 7th December, 2023 where the discussion on enroll and renewal of HIB was done with information shared to UNHCR.
- AMDA organized one day Refresher Training on GBV Prevention and Response(OCMC and Safe House) on 7th of December, 2023 at Hotel Kamakshya, Damak. The topics covered were on brief overview on GBV, types and consequences, Concept of One Stop Crisis Management Center, services in OCMC and management-Safe Home and Rehabilitation Centers. The key point was on co-ordination between different sectors as a unit to prevent further damage in every aspects of survivors.
CBOs/SMC
- SMC and CBOs of Beldangi and Sanischare settlements participated in one day training organized by AMDA. The total participants were 23 from both settlements and 1 participant from Pathri Municipal Hospital.
- BRAD celebrated International Disability Day on 3rd of December with different activites such as games in both settlements.
- BRWF initiated the sub sector level awareness on GBV to community as per the GBV program package(20 events together in both Beldangi and Sanischare Settlements).
