Program/Health:
- AMDA participated in monthly coordination meeting with UNHCR on 14th December, 2023 where the discussion on activities completed in the month of November and updates in data of indicator 2023 was done.
- AMDA participated in Community Common Fund meeting on 14th December, 2023 organized by BRWF at Sanischare with participation of SMC and CBOs of both settlements. The formation of new committee was done as Rinzin Dema(BRWF Co-ordinator)as Coordinator, Tanuja Tamang(BRAD Co-ordinator) as Assistant Coordinator and Reshma Rai(BRWF Treasurer) as Treasurer who also will be in signatory line.
- Monitor CBOs activities: BRWF completed GBV awareness in sector level as 6 events in Beldangi and 8 events in Sanischare. BRAD office of Sanischare shifted in another infrastructure nearby with support of diaspora but repairment and arrangement of office is still remaining. CBOs were involved in preparation of estimated cost of repair and maintenance of office in both settlements.
- Preparation of AMDA Budget 2024 with incorporation of CBOs and SMC budget and shared with UNHCR.
- BRWF organized community common fund meeting at Sansichare on 14th December, 2023 with participation of SMC and CBOs of both settlements. Also BRWF was involved in colletion of list for registration of business.
