Weekly Activities update:

Program/Health:

AMDA in support of UNHCR/Ms. Sangita Khatiwada organized coordination meeting and joint monitoring for the services of OCMC and Safe house on 4th of July, 2023. The discussion on start of services, time frame, coordination to stakeholders etc. was done with Deputy-Mayor of Damak Municipality and related Ward chairperson.

Monitored CBOs activities- BRAD started the day care services with selection of two new staffs and enrollment of 8 children from 3rd July, 2023. The initial physical set up of bamboo wall has been started as of 5th July, 2023.
AMDA participated in central committee meeting of BRCF on 4th July, 2023. The agenda were on Education data collection (updates, timeframe, challenges), action plan for mentor- mentee program, UNHCR youth art contest with UNIQLO and CRC Day Celebration.
AMDA participated in Coordination meeting with Community Common Fund management committee on 6th July, 2023 organized by UNHCR/Ms.Sangita Khatiwada. The discussion on activation of Community Common Fund account, report of utilization till date, raise fund, changes in committee members and monthly meeting to be organized by BRWF was done.

CBOs/SMC

BRCF in support of UNHCR/Ms. Sangita Khatiwada organized central committee meeting at Beldangi and discussed on different agenda with responsibility division at different heads on 4th July, 2023.
All CBOs and SMC incentive and committee members of Community Common Fund from both Beldangi and Sanischare participated in the coordination meeting on 6th July.
